Your due date is estimated by adding 40 weeks (280 days) to the approximate first day of your last menstrual period.

Well to find out what your estimated due date is:

  • Enter the first day of your most recent menstrual cycle below

  • Option 1 enter menstral cycle length

  • Option 2 enter luteal phase*

* (The luteal phase, or post-ovulation (from ovulation to menstruation), is generally the same length for most women - averaging about 14 days)
